Enjoy & marathons are not generally words I would use in the same sentence. But that’s exactly what happened after I started training with Mark.
I started working with Mark after running 2 marathons where I felt like I didn’t achieve my potential and did not enjoy the races. Mark trained me for my 3rd marathon and I have never felt so well prepared for a race. We worked on both running training as well as mental training to get me in the best possible shape.
And the results were fantastic – I was 28 minutes faster than any of my previous marathons, thus getting a huge personal best time. And most important, I thoroughly enjoyed my marathon.
Whether it is short distances, improving technique or longer distance events – I cannot recommend Mark enough and I’ll definitely be back to training with him
