Mark designed a bespoke running programme based on my personal running goals, my busy lifestyle and working patterns. What I found most valuable about Mark’s style is his exceptional ability to build confidence through his coaching sessions, insightful advice and regular follow-up. Anyone can pull a template running plan off the internet but Mark used his coaching skill to make my training plan into something that reflected my unique needs as a runner. From my first nervous 10k in May 2015 to representing my country at the Great North Run in September 2016, I really cannot credit Mark enough with keeping me running and focused on every new goal.
